Project Overview
CashBooks Accounting Software is a modern bookkeeping and tax preparation platform that I've been working on since joining Confiance Bizsol in June 2023.The application is designed for small to medium businesses in the US and UK markets, offering comprehensive financial management tools with AI - powered features.
Built on a microservices architecture, the platform provides a scalable solution for accounting, tax calculation, document processing, and integrations with government tax systems.The application features a React- based frontend with multiple backend services handling different aspects of the business logic.
A key focus of the application is automating tedious financial processes using AI, OCR, and integrations with tax authorities, significantly reducing the time businesses spend on accounting tasks while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
