Pune Agile UnConference Website
Multi-year web development project for a leading Agile community event, evolving from HTML/CSS to WordPress to Polymer across three consecutive years (2018–2020)

Project Overview
The Pune Agile Unconference (PAUC) is an annual event that brings together Agile professionals and enthusiasts on a common platform. As part of my freelance work with Scallop Consultants Pvt. Ltd., I developed and maintained the event websites over three consecutive years (2018–2020).
Each year, the website was rebuilt using progressively advanced technologies — starting from a basic HTML/CSS implementation in 2018, transitioning to a WordPress-based CMS in 2019, and finally adopting Polymer Web Components in 2020 for a modern, performant design.
The websites served as the main information hub for event attendees — including registration, session details, speaker profiles, and announcements. Each version improved upon user experience, content management, and performance, supporting the event’s goal of establishing Pune as the Agile Capital of India.
